在信息化技术高速发展的条件下,为强化管控、提高效益,高速公路近几年提倡监管分离,收费系统采取大站管小站,或路段中心管辖段站的集中监控模式。而高速公路的布局特点和收费系统对传输系统的依赖性,影响着收费网络的可靠性,也影响着高速的运营能力。本文通过对高速公路收费系统特点和设备布局的进行分析,提出了如何适应高速公路特点的收费系统网路组织结构,希望对高速公路机电建设有一点积极意义。
Under the condition of rapid development of information technology, in order to strengthen the management and control and increase the efficiency, the expressway has been promoting regulatory separation in recent years. The toll collection system adopts the centralized monitoring mode of large station management stations or centralized management stations of road sections. However, the layout characteristics of the expressway and the dependence of the toll collection system on the transmission system affect the reliability of the toll collection network as well as the high-speed operation ability. This paper analyzes the characteristics of toll collection system and equipment layout, and proposes how to adapt the network structure of toll collection system with the characteristics of expressway, hoping to have some positive significance to the construction of expressway electromechanical.
