沙坪壩区托兒化工作,在工农業大躍进的形势下有了很大的發展。七、八月間新建了許多民办园、所。这对于解放妇女劳动力和教育兒童起了不小的作用。但限于人員和設备等原因,一般質量偏低,不少园、所的保育員不安心工作,兒童保健工作差,發病率高,教育活动未开展,兒童生活单調,家长意見多。
Shapingba child care work, in the great leap forward under the situation of agriculture and industry has made great development. In July and August, many private parks were built. This played an important role in liberating women’s labor force and educating children. However, due to limited personnel and equipment, the general quality is rather low. Many of the parks are not safe for childcare workers. Children’s health care work is poor. The incidence rate is high. Education activities are not carried out. Children’s living is monotonous and there are many parents’ opinions.
