酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)是基于分子生态学研究划分的新细菌类群,是最主要的土壤微生物类群之一。它在土壤中广泛分布,所以人们推测它在森林生态系统中具有特定的驱动作用及生态功能。文中综述了国内外关于Acidobacteria多样性的研究进展以及环境因子(海拔、土壤p H值以及土壤中的C和N含量)变化对其多样性的影响,并根据已有研究结果对酸杆菌门的作用进行推测;分析了Acidobacteria目前研究状况的缺失与不足;建议在未来研究工作应针对优势菌群展开,并且侧重于构建不同环境下酸杆菌门的分离培养体系,以期为该菌门的生态功能研究提供参考。
Acidobacteria is a new bacterial group based on molecular ecology and is one of the most important soil microbial groups. It is widely distributed in the soil, so it is speculated that it has a specific role in driving the forest ecosystem and ecological functions. In this paper, the progress of research on Acidobacteria diversity at home and abroad and the effects of environmental factors (elevation, soil pH value and C and N content in soil) on the diversity were summarized. According to the results of previous studies, It is suggested that in the future, the research work should focus on the development of dominant microflora and focus on the construction of isolation and culture system of Acidobacteria in different environments in order to evaluate the ecological function of Acidobacteria Research for reference.
