新形势下,对高职院校管理提出更高要求,在管理中要坚持以人为本,开展以平等互信、真正交流和良性激励为主的柔性管理,以此来提高学生管理的水平。文章对柔性管理及其特征进行了介绍,分析了柔性管理的必要性,并从树立以人为本理念、创建和谐校园文化和优化管理评价体系等方面探讨了柔性管理在高职院校管理中的运用。
Under the new situation, higher requirements should be put on the management of higher vocational colleges. In the management, we should adhere to the people-oriented principle and carry out flexible management based on equality and mutual trust, genuine exchange and positive incentives, so as to improve the management level of students. This paper introduces the flexible management and its characteristics, analyzes the necessity of flexible management, and explores the application of flexible management in the management of higher vocational colleges from such aspects as establishing people-centered idea, creating harmonious campus culture and optimizing management evaluation system.
