采用水提取法、醇提取法和石油醚提取法对紫茉莉花和叶中的化学成分进行了比较全面的定性实验。紫茉莉花的水提取物中含有氨基酸、糖类、甙类、有机酸、酚类、挥发油等物质,醇提取物中含有酚类、强心苷、内酯及香豆素、黄酮等物质,石油醚提取物中主要含有皂甙等物质。紫茉莉叶子水提物中含有氨基酸、有机酸、酚类等物质,醇提取物中含有黄酮、内酯及香豆素、酚类、强心苷、蒽醌等物质,石油醚提取物中含有甾类、萜类等。
