对1例急性肾盂肾炎伴有胡桃夹综合征(NCS)患者行中西医结合等保守治疗方法与心理护理,患者的症状明显得以改善并出院。说明对于病情较轻的胡桃夹综合征患者,综合保守治疗、心理护理和常规护理即可明显改善症状并促进康复,可为医护人员治疗同类疾病提供借鉴与参考。
One patient with acute pyelonephritis accompanied by Nutcracker syndrome (NCS) underwent conservative treatment such as the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine and psychological care, and the symptoms were significantly improved and discharged. Description For patients with less severe Nutcracker syndrome, comprehensive conservative treatment, psychological care and routine care can significantly improve the symptoms and promote rehabilitation, for the treatment of similar diseases for health care workers to provide reference and reference.
