采用三维八结点等参元的有限元数值分析方法,对静载压痕残余应力测量的力学模型进行了简化,对其弹塑性变形过程进行了理论分析.结果表明,在一定的试验条件下,测点的轴向应变增量与其所受轴向应力间存在良好的线性关系,同时对试验参数进行了优化.
The finite element numerical analysis method of three-dimensional and eight-node isoparametric element is adopted to simplify the mechanics model of residual stress measurement of static load indentation. The elastic-plastic deformation process is theoretically analyzed. The results show that there is a good linear relationship between the measured axial strain increment and the axial stress at a certain test condition, and the experimental parameters are optimized at the same time.
