汽车市场随着改革开放的深入而逐步对社会进行开放,我国道路运输市场,特别是汽车制造、销售、保养维修服务等行业对汽车专业型人才的需求越来越高。所以,对于中职学校的新型技能型人才的培养迫在眉睫。文章主要结合多年来对汽车专业实施的一系列教学改革,针对学生开展理实一体化教学,综合素质的培养。从调动学生学习兴趣出发,打破常规的教学方法,结合实践操作,进行理实一体化教学,大胆引进国内先进仿真软件教学,以提高教学质量。
With the deepening of reform and opening up, the automobile market is gradually opening up to the society. There is an increasing demand for automobile professionals in the road transportation market in our country, especially in automobile manufacturing, sales, maintenance and repair services. Therefore, the cultivation of new skilled personnel in secondary vocational schools is imminent. The article mainly combines a series of teaching reforms that have been carried out over the years to the automotive profession, and aims at developing students’ practical teaching and comprehensive qualities. Starting from mobilizing students’ interest in learning, breaking the conventional teaching methods and combining practice with practical teaching, the university boldly introduced the teaching of advanced simulation software in China so as to improve the teaching quality.
