改革开放之前我国主要实行的是已计划经济为主体对的分配方式,但是效率不高,创新能力不强,生产率低下的问题十分突出。自改革开放以来,我国的个人收入分配制度发生了深刻的变化,并实现了从建国初期的计划经济体制向市场经济体制的转变。通过向西方发达国家的学习和借鉴,形成了一套按劳分配和按要素分配相结合的社会主义市场经济个人收入分配体制。
Before the reform and opening up, China mainly implemented the planned economy as the main distribution method, but the efficiency was not high, the innovation capability was not strong and the productivity was low. Since the reform and opening up, the system of personal income distribution in our country has undergone profound changes and has realized the transformation from a planned economy to a market economy in the early days of the founding of New China. Through studying and borrowing from the developed countries in the West, a system of individual income distribution in the socialist market economy has been formed, which is a combination of distribution according to work and distribution according to factors.
