在各行各业广泛提倡团队协作理念的背景下,成人高校教师这个“单兵作战”的岗位也应不断改变思维,用全新的理念武装自己。教师团队精神是一所学校的灵魂,是一所学校健康发展、长盛不衰的力量源泉。本文阐明了加强专业教学团队建设的意义、教学团队建设的基本原则,结合本院老年服务与管理专业教学团队建设的实践,提出了教学团队建设的总体目标和教学团队发展策略。
Under the background of widely advocating the concept of teamwork in all walks of life, adult college teachers should constantly change their thinking and arm themselves with brand new ideas. The team spirit of a teacher is the soul of a school and a source of strength for the healthy development and long-lasting development of a school. This article clarifies the significance of strengthening the construction of professional teaching team and the basic principle of teaching team building. Based on the practice of teaching team construction of senior service and management in our hospital, the author proposes the overall goal of teaching team building and the development strategy of teaching team.
