一、前言利用人牙齿推断个体年龄的研究。早有记载。十八世纪三十年代已用牙齿萌出时间判断年龄。近30多年,开始较普遍地以牙磨耗度作为判断年龄的依据,如Miles[1],Murphy[2]吴汝康[3],竹井哲司[4]等均有报告。与此同时,逐渐开展从牙齿内部构造变化来估计年龄,如Gustafson[5],Stanley[6],伊东志朗[7]等发表过研究报告。但国内有关资料极少,魏博源等[8]曾以显微测量技术研究了牙齿内部构造的年龄变化,积累了一点资料。本文采用牙构造分区面积测量方法,在伊东志朗的牙冠指数公式和魏博源的牙本质髓室
