中国发明协会主办的《第二届全国发明展览会》上,展出建筑材料的一项新技术——超轻、高强、特异性水泥砂浆(简称“CF”砂浆)。这种新型水泥砂浆是以水泥为胶凝材料,采用从工业废渣中提取的一种细集料,掺入外加剂和增强剂,按一定比例配制而成。一、“CF”砂浆的物理性能(一) 容重1000~1400公斤/立方厘米,比普通砂浆(不含低档砂浆)轻36~54%。(二) 28天抗压强度最高达1000公斤/平方厘米,比目前普通轻质砂浆高3~4倍。(三) 28天抗折强度为45~100公斤/平方
At the “2nd National Invention Exhibition” sponsored by the China Invention Association, a new technology for building materials - ultra-light, high-strength, specific cement mortar (“CF” mortar) was exhibited. This new type of cement mortar uses cement as a cementitious material, and adopts a fine aggregate extracted from industrial waste residue, which is blended with additives and reinforcing agents and is formulated at a certain ratio. First, the physical properties of “CF” mortar (1) Bulk density 1000 ~ 1400 kg / cubic centimeter, lighter than ordinary mortar (excluding low grade mortar) 36 ~ 54%. (b) The 28-day compressive strength is up to 1000 kg/cm2, which is 3 to 4 times higher than that of ordinary lightweight mortar. (C) 28 days flexural strength of 45 to 100 kg/sq.
