目的研究河北省鼠疫疫源地鼠疫耶尔森菌(鼠疫菌)菌株的基因型别和遗传特征。方法根据鼠疫基因组的22个差异区段和p MT1设计引物,对河北省鼠疫疫源地分离的116株菌株进行分析。结果 116株鼠疫菌株均缺乏DFR01、DFR06、DFR07、DFR13、DFR15~18片段,参考DFR基因分型系统,河北省鼠疫疫源地的菌株为基因17型,主要分布于内蒙古自治区化德县、白旗、太仆寺旗相邻的康保县北部。结论河北省鼠疫菌菌株遗传稳定,仅有1个基因分型,疫情流行趋于平缓。
Objective To study the genotype and genetic characteristics of Yersinia pestis strains in plague foci of Hebei Province. Methods Based on 22 differential regions of plague genome and primers designed by p MT1, 116 strains isolated from the plague origin in Hebei Province were analyzed. Results The 116 plague strains were lacking DFR01, DFR06, DFR07, DFR13 and DFR15 ~ 18. The DFR genotyping system was used in reference. The strains of plague origin in Hebei Province were of type 17, mainly distributed in the county of Baode County of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Taipus flag adjacent to the northern part of Kangbao County. Conclusion The strains of Yersinia pestis in Hebei Province are genetically stable with only one genotype, and the epidemic trend tends to be gentle.
