工程项目风险分析是建筑工程中的重点内容,工程项目风险对整个工程顺利施工有直接影响。BT模式风险管理是一种集融资、投资等功能于一身。随着我国建筑行业的迅猛发展,在建筑工程中如何实现资金资源的有效整合,有效防范各种风险,就成为了政府与建筑企业必须要考虑的课题。本文将重点探讨工程项目中的各种风险以及对BT模式风险管理做实证研究。
Project risk analysis is the focus of construction projects, project risks have a direct impact on the smooth construction of the entire project. BT mode of risk management is a set of financing, investment and other functions in one. With the rapid development of China’s construction industry, how to achieve effective integration of financial resources in construction projects and effectively prevent all kinds of risks has become a subject that governments and construction enterprises must consider. This article will focus on various risks in engineering projects as well as empirical research on BT model risk management.
