在四川省积极推动信息产业跨越式发展之际,四川省信息产业经济技术协会理事会于2002年7月30日在成都市蜀兰大酒店顺利召开。有来自航空航天、兵器、军队、教育及电子信息产业行业等40多个单位的50多名代表参加了会议,四川省信息产业厅李孝昌副厂长和四川省经济贸易委员会厅级巡视员杜纯文出席了会议并作了讲话,会议由四川省信息产业经济技术协会理事长郭心平主持。会上传达了7月18日-19日国家经贸委在广州市召开的全国企业管理信息化与改革工作座谈会内容:贯彻落实企业管理信息化工作现场会精神,学习借鉴广州市推进企业管理信息化工作的经验,研究部署2002年下半年关闭、破产、检查上市公司,建立现代化企业制度工作,推进下岗职工再就业等。
