采用顶空气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器法(FID),测定水中七种苯系物(包括苯、甲苯、乙苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、邻二甲苯、苯乙烯),对其分析条件进行了优化,详细讨论了分析过程中各因素对测定结果的影响、,获得了最佳实验效果,同时加入适量的氯化钠可以提高稳定性。该方法条件下,苯系物各组分线性方程的相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限在0.7~3μg/L,加标回收率在85~110%。
Seven kinds of benzene compounds (including benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, p-xylene, m-xylene, o-xylene, and styrene) in water were determined by headspace gas chromatography- flame ionization detector (FID) The analysis conditions were optimized. The influence of various factors on the determination results in detail and the best experimental results were obtained. At the same time, adding appropriate amount of sodium chloride can improve the stability. Under the condition of this method, the correlation coefficient of the linear equation of each component of benzene series is more than 0.999, the detection limit of the method is 0.7-3μg / L, and the recovery rate is 85-110%.
