将壳聚糖(CS)和聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)共混制备成复合材料,探讨了不同CS含量对材料结晶性能和透湿性能的影响。结果表明:CS可以将PBS的冷结晶温度及结晶温度分别提高约5和8℃,4%CS的添加可以将PBS的结晶度提高至55%。CS在PBS复合材料中起到成核剂的作用,使得PBS球晶在CS周围生长,但由于CS成核点较多,会造成PBS的球晶尺寸大幅度降低,球晶密度提高,当CS含量为16%时,复合材料的透湿系数降低了29.3%。从流变性能上看,CS与PBS之间的相容性并不好,需要合适的增溶剂来提高二者的相容性,但少量CS对复合材料的储能模量不会产生明显的影响。
Chitosan (CS) and polybutylene succinate (PBS) were blended to prepare composite materials, and the effects of different CS contents on the crystallization and moisture permeability of the materials were discussed. The results show that CS can increase the cold crystallization temperature and the crystallization temperature of PBS by about 5 and 8 ℃, respectively. The addition of 4% CS can increase the crystallinity of PBS to 55%. CS played the role of nucleating agent in PBS composites, which made PBS spherulites grow around CS. However, due to the more CS nucleation sites, the spherulite size of PBS decreased greatly and the spherulite density increased. When CS When the content is 16%, the moisture permeability coefficient of the composite is reduced by 29.3%. In terms of rheological properties, the compatibility between CS and PBS is not good, and proper compatibilizer is needed to improve the compatibility between CS and CS. However, the storage modulus of CS with a small amount of CS does not produce obvious influences.
