目的:观察闭合复位外固定治疗儿童伸直型肱骨髁上移位骨折的疗效。方法:采用闭合复位外固定治疗伸直型肱骨髁上移位骨折患儿16例,观察临床疗效。结果:所有患者肘关节伸屈功能均完全恢复正常;有4例患者其家长诉似乎与对侧有外观上异常,但具体无法说明有何异常。所有患者Flynn分级均是优秀。只有1例患者在固定过程中出现肘窝的浅表皮肤感染,经处理后愈合,无遗留任何瘢痕。结论:闭合复位外固定是治疗儿童伸直型肱骨髁上移位骨折的有效方法。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of closed reduction and external fixation on supracondylar supracondylar fractures in children. Methods: 16 cases of children with supracondylar humeral supracondylar fracture were treated with closed reduction and external fixation. The clinical curative effect was observed. Results: Elbow flexion and extension were completely normal in all patients. In 4 patients, the appearence of the parents appeared to be abnormal with the contralateral side, but the abnormalities were not explained specifically. All patients had excellent Flynn grading. Only one patient had a superficial skin infection of the cubital fossa during the fixation. After treatment, healed without any scarring. Conclusion: Closed reduction and external fixation is an effective method for the treatment of supracondylar fractures of the humerus in children.
