检测120例初诊2型糖尿病患者和50例健康体检者的血脂水平,比较血管病变及无血管病变患者与正常对照者的血脂水平。结果:初诊T2DM患者TC、TG、LDL-C、VLDL-C、ApoB100较对照组升高(P<0.01〕,而HDL-C、ApoAⅠ则降低(P<0.05〕。血管病变组较无血管病变组其TC、TG、LDL-C、VLDL-C、ApoB100的含量升高(P<0.05〕,而HDL-C、ApoA1含量则降低(P<0.05)。结论:T2DM存在血脂、载脂蛋白的异常,且与T2DM血管病变有关。
The blood lipid levels in 120 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients and 50 healthy volunteers were detected, and the blood lipid levels were compared between patients with vascular lesions and without vascular disease. Results: The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, VLDL-C and ApoB100 in the newly diagnosed T2DM patients were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01), while those in the HDL-C and ApoAI groups were lower (P <0.05), while the contents of HDL-C and ApoA1 decreased (P <0.05) .Conclusion: The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, VLDL-C and ApoB100 are increased Abnormal, and related to T2DM vascular lesions.
