颗下颌关节强直是由感染或外伤所引起的开口困难或牙关紧闭的关节强直的疾病。在治疗上只有用外科手术切除强直部分骨质形成的假关节,才能恢复下颌骨的运动。目前多数学者都主张高位切除髁状突较低位切除下颌支效果好。我院自1974年4月～1983年2月共收治颗下颌关节真性强直6例,其中3例为双侧强直,故实为6例9侧,均采用颞下颌关节高位成形术,取得较满意效果,现报告如下。
