为了能够筛选出苗期表现优良的加勒比松家系和进行苗期选择研究,对9个种源92个加勒比松优株家系苗期生长指标进行测定,并采用巢式数据分析方法进行分析。在引种地和育苗地(造林地)间气候趋于一致的前提下,生长测定结果表明:苗高、地径和高径比3个苗期生长指标在种源和家系间均达显著性水平;发芽率在种源和家系间则未达显著水平。采用聚类分析法筛选出最优良家系为C65和C96,较优良家系为C2、C40、C41、C93和C97。
In order to screen the elite Caribbean pine family with excellent performance at seedling stage and conduct the research on seedling selection, the growth index of 92 Cunninghamia lanceolata lines from 9 provenances were measured and analyzed by nested data analysis method. Under the premise of a consistent climate between the introduction site and the seedling growing site (afforestation site), the results of growth determination showed that the growth indexes of seedling height, root diameter and height to diameter ratio at seedling stage reached significant levels The germination rate was not significantly different between provenances and families. Cluster analysis was used to select the best families as C65 and C96, and the best families were C2, C40, C41, C93 and C97.
