今天很高兴能参加岸英小学成立十一周年大会,看到了岸英小学十一年的发展变化,谈几点体会。(一)我感到岸英小学的快速发展离不开各级领导的关怀和支持,比如市委书记张行湘多次来到岸英小学参观指导,并及时地帮助解决实际困难。可以说岸英小学每前进一步,都凝聚着领导们的一片心血,汇聚着领导们的集体智慧。(二)有一支团结、能吃苦、敢打硬仗而又坚强有力的领导班子,牢固树立强烈的政治责任感和使命感,求真务实,开拓进取,
