流域初始水权分配是一个典型的高维、非线性、非正态的系统决策问题,传统方法在权重确定上主观性较大以及在决策方案求解上比较困难.为此,利用投影寻踪技术对此决策问题进行降维处理,采用混沌优化算法寻找最优的投影方向,提出了投影寻踪混沌优化模型.该模型直接由样本数据驱动,通过最佳投影方向计算决策方案的最优值,在权重的确定上客观公正,同时克服了传统方法要求目标函数和约束条件连续、可微的困难,避免了寻优搜索过程陷入局部极小点,模型的建立为流域初始水权分配的研究提供了新的方法与思路.通过实例计算及对比分析,证明了该模型的合理性和有效性.
