目的了解自分泌运动因子Autotaxin(ATX)mRNA在肝癌中的表达及其与肝癌临床病理特征之间的关系。方法应用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(RTPCR)研究5例正常肝组织、32例肝癌组织中AutotaxinmRNA的表达,以βactin为内参照。结果5例正常肝组织及32例肝癌中均有AutotaxinmRNA表达;但Autotaxin基因表达值(x±s)癌组织显著高于正常肝组织(68.23%±15.31%对31.97±8.05%,P<0.001)。高表达ATX肝癌与癌细胞肝内转移、门静脉癌栓形成、肿瘤的分化程度有关,而与年龄、性别、病因、肿瘤大小等无关。结论Autotaxin基因过度表达与肝细胞癌的进展、转移有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of autotaxin (ATX) mRNA in hepatocellular carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological features of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Semi-quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to study the expression of Autotaxin mRNA in 5 cases of normal liver tissue and 32 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma. βactin was used as an internal reference. Results The expression of Autotaxin mRNA was detected in 5 cases of normal liver tissues and 32 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma. However, the expression of autotaxin gene (x±s) was significantly higher than that of normal liver tissue (68.23%±15.31% vs. 31.97). ±8.05%, P<0.001). The high expression of ATX liver cancer is related to the intrahepatic metastasis of cancer cells, the formation of portal vein tumor thrombus, and the degree of tumor differentiation, but not related to age, gender, etiology, and tumor size. Conclusion Overexpression of Autotaxin gene is related to the progression and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
