本文通过对沈阳机床的一系列实地研究及在对相关研究归纳总结的基础上,提出了“SNRC系统集成创新”模式。这一模式突出了系统(System)的概念,尤其是经济社会环境系统,强调了集成创新,注重创新的融合,这种融合通过利用并行的方法把企业创新生命周期不同阶段、流程以及不同创新主体的创新能力、创新实践、创新流程和竞争力集成在一起,从而形成能够产生新的核心竞争力的创新方式,使创新理论上升到国家及区域的宏观层次。
Based on a series of field studies of Shenyang machine tool and the summary of related researches, this paper proposed a “SNRC system integration and innovation” mode. This model highlights the concept of System, especially economic and social environment system, emphasizes integrated innovation and innovation-oriented integration. By taking advantage of the parallel method, this model integrates different stages of the enterprise innovation life cycle, processes and different innovation entities Innovation ability, innovation practice, innovation process and competitiveness together to form an innovative way to generate new core competencies so that the innovation theory will rise to the macro level of the country and the region.
