高速公路是我国社会经济发展的重要基础产业。高速公路线长、面广、点多,尤其高速公路收费站处在一线,是公路行业的窗口单位,也是公路行业精神文明建设的前沿阵地,职工的言谈举止代表着一个单位的形象。因此,必须把做好职工思想政治工作放在首位,有利于稳定职工队伍,促进工作干劲,更好的完成工作任务。本文就如何做好基层收费站职工的思想政治工作,从三个方面进行了探讨。
The expressway is an important basic industry in China’s social and economic development. Expressway length, wide area, more points, in particular, the toll station at the front line, highway industry is the window unit, but also the forward position of highway industry spiritual civilization construction, the employee’s demeanor represents the image of a unit. Therefore, the ideological and political work of workers and staff members must be given top priority, which is conducive to stabilizing the workforce, promoting job motivation, and better fulfilling their work tasks. This article discusses how to do a good job in the ideological and political work of workers at grassroots toll booths from three aspects.
