目的对西藏不同产地17份麻花艽Gentiana straminea样品的遗传多样性进行比较分析。方法居群采样,以相同产地同属近缘种粗茎秦艽G.crassicaulis为外类群比对,nrDNAITS区序列分析,构建UPGMA系统树。结果西藏产麻花艽nrDNA ITS区序列有1个多态性位点;外类群粗茎秦艽6份样品序列完全一致。结论麻花艽与外类群种间区别明显;17份不同产地麻花艽被划分为2类,遗传多样性较为丰富,为西藏麻花艽药材品质评价及麻花艽核心种质的构建提供基础资料。
Objective To compare and analyze the genetic diversity of 17 Gentiana straminea samples from different areas of Tibet. Methods Population samples were collected from the same species of G.crassicaulis, which belong to the same relative genus, and were analyzed by nrDNAITS region sequence to construct UPGMA phylogenetic tree. Results There was one polymorphic loci in the nrDNA ITS region of the genus Gentiana macrophylla in Tibet. The sequences of six samples from the genus Gentiana macrophylla were the same. Conclusion The differences between the two species are obvious. The 17 species from different habitats are divided into two groups, which are rich in genetic diversity and provide the basic information for evaluating the quality of the medicinal materials and the construction of the core collection of.
