人工合成的、用异型杂环胺取代的~(99m)Tc-DADT复合物能够通过血脑屏障,并能在肺中聚积。DADT(或BAT)的N_2S_2型氨基乙烷硫醇是一种中性的、可溶于锝溶液的复合物,在N_2S_2主链上引入一个功能基团,能够影响脑组织对其摄取。本实验研究DADT衍生物的脂溶性与脑、肺摄取DADT作用关系。试验:用~(99m)Tc对其进行标记,Bu_4N~(99m)TcOCl_4作为其产物母体,并通过ir和ur光谱方法定性。制备时应在氢硼化钠溶液中进行,分配系数的测定是在pH=7.4辛酰基磷酸盐缓冲液中进行的。
Artificially synthesized, ~ (99m) Tc-DADT complexes substituted with heterotypic heterocyclic amines can cross the blood-brain barrier and accumulate in the lungs.
