投资活动直接影响国民经济发展的规模、速度、结构和效益。 在《中华人民共和国经济和社会发展“九五”计划和2010年远景目标纲要》中明确指出:“从保持合理的投资规模出发,“九五”固定资产投资率按3O％来把握。考虑价格因素,五年全社会固定投资总规模为13万亿元,平均增长10％”。13万亿元,这是一笔相当大的资金！如何使用好这笔资金,使投资真正取得巨大效益,仍然是一项十分艰巨的任务。
Investment activities directly affect the scale, speed, structure and effectiveness of the national economy. In the Outline of the Ninth Five-Year Plan for the Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China and the 2010 Vision Target, it clearly states: “In order to maintain a reasonable investment scale, the investment rate of fixed assets in the Ninth Five-year Plan will be at 30% Factors, the total fixed investment in five years the total size of 13 trillion yuan, an average increase of 10%. ” 13 trillion yuan, this is a considerable amount of money! How to make good use of this fund to make tremendous real gains in investment remains a very arduous task.
