选择两种不同“O”含量的TC4钛合金坯料,分别经3种锻造工艺生产Ф337/Ф298×300 mm规格的薄壁环材,进行冲击韧性(aK v)测试。结合金相组织观察及扫描电镜形貌观察,分析了“O”含量、初生α相形貌及冲击试样开口方向对TC4薄壁环材冲击韧性的影响。结果表明,“O”含量对TC4钛合金冲击韧性影响很大,随着“O”含量的增加,冲击韧性下降明显;两相区加工状态下,细小等轴组织环材的冲击韧性最大,粗大的条状α组织的冲击韧性最低,交错状α束域对冲击韧性有所改善;加工流线对TC4薄壁环材冲击韧性也有较大影响,开口方向平行于端面的冲击韧性是开口垂直于端面的74~89%,即裂纹扩展路径沿流线方向的冲击韧性较低。
Two kinds of TC4 titanium alloy billets with different content of “O” were selected to produce Ф337 / Ф298 × 300 mm thin-walled ring materials by 3 kinds of forging process respectively, and the impact toughness (aK v) test was carried out. The influence of the content of “O”, the morphology of primary α phase and the opening direction of impact specimen on the impact toughness of TC4 thin-wall material was analyzed by metallographic observation and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the content of “O” has a great influence on the impact toughness of TC4 titanium alloy, with the increase of “O” content, the impact toughness decreases obviously. Under the processing condition of the two-phase zone, the impact of small equiaxed ring Toughness of the largest, coarse strip α the lowest impact toughness, cross-shaped α-beam field on the impact toughness has improved; processing flow lines on the impact toughness of TC4 thin-walled ring also has a greater impact on the opening direction parallel to the end face of the impact toughness is the opening Perpendicular to the end of the 74 ~ 89%, that crack propagation path along the streamline impact toughness is low.
