1 概述泉河位于周口市东南部,属颍河水系,发源于漯河市境内,为平原河流,干流坡降为1/6700。主要支流有汾河和泥河,在沈丘县城关镇李坟交汇,以下称泉河。交汇处设有沈丘水文站,控制面积3094km~2。2003年6月下旬～7月初,出现了3次强降雨过程,致使泉河发生了近50年一遇洪水,洪峰水位37.71m,相应流量810m~3/s,洪水超保证水位(37.50m)运行32h,河道堤防频频出险,大片农田被淹,泉河两岸村庄一片汪
1 Overview Quanhe is located in the southeastern part of Zhoukou City, which belongs to the Yinghe River system. It originates from the territory of Luohe City and is a plains river with a slope of 1/6700. The main tributaries of the Fen River and mud River, in Shenqiu County Chengguan Li Fen confluence, hereinafter referred to as Quan River. There are Shenqiu Hydrological Station at the interchange with a control area of 3094km ~ 2.
