为了评价CO_2激光巩膜切除联合虹膜切除(CLSI)术治疗原发性青光眼的安全性和有效性,应用自主研发的具有自反馈功能的CO_2激光青光眼手术系统对兔高眼压(IOP)模型右眼行巩膜切除联合虹膜切除术。模型左眼行传统小梁切除术,术后脱察前房反应、滤过泡、平均眼压变化情况并作分期病理检测。结果显示,术后激光组前房反应明显小于传统手术组。术后14天和21天,传统手术组的功能性滤过泡明显减少,眼压叫显升高,激光组和传统手术组之间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。病理结果显示,与传统手术组相比,激光组术后无明显的出血和炎性增生,滤过道存在时间长。CO_2激光巩膜切除联合虹膜切除术是一种安全简单的手术方式,该方法可有效降低眼压且术后并发症少。
In order to evaluate the safety and efficacy of CO_2 laser sclerectomy combined with iridectomy (CLSI) in the treatment of primary glaucoma, the self-developed CO_2 laser glaucoma operating system with self-feedback was used to evaluate the safety and efficacy of laser iridectomy (IOP) Sclerectomy combined with iridectomy. Left trabeculectomy trabeculectomy model, postoperative anterior chamber reaction, filtration bleb, the average change in intraocular pressure and staging pathological examination. The results showed that postoperative laser anterior chamber reaction was significantly less than the traditional surgery group. At 14 days and 21 days after operation, the functional filtering bleb in the traditional surgery group was significantly decreased and the intraocular pressure was significantly increased. There was a significant difference between the laser group and the conventional surgery group (P <0.05). Pathological results showed that there was no obvious hemorrhage and inflammatory hyperplasia in the laser group compared with the conventional surgery group, and the filtration passage existed for a long time. CO_2 laser sclerectomy combined with iridectomy is a safe and simple surgical approach, which can effectively reduce intraocular pressure and less postoperative complications.
