随着我国交通运输业的迅猛发展,汽车已经成为人们生活中不可或缺的工具。镀锌钢板在汽车的结构中扮演着很大的作用,目前是汽车车身的主要使用的材料。本文首先讲述了汽车镀锌钢板上焊接零件的主要特征,作为焊接材料的焊接特性;其次还阐述了汽车镀锌钢板现有工艺存在的特点;最后,结合具体实例对试验进行分析和探讨,本文希望对相关研究者提供借鉴作用。
With the rapid development of China’s transportation industry, automobiles have become an indispensable tool in people’s life. Galvanized steel plays a significant role in the construction of automobiles and is currently the main material used in automotive bodies. This paper first describes the main features of welded parts on automotive galvanized steel, as the welding characteristics of welding materials; secondly, it also expatiates on the existing characteristics of automotive galvanized steel; and finally analyzes and discusses the experiments with concrete examples Hope to provide relevant reference for researchers.
