“小单元”校本教研,就是指由单个学校作为研究的主体,以教学实际问题解决为目标而营造起来的一种教学研究制度。浓郁的教研氛围是一所学校的教育灵魂,校本教研为教师搭建相互交流教改信息,探讨教学方法,切磋教学艺术的一种最直接、最朴素、最有效的平台。教师又有同伴互助、互相探讨、共同提高的迫切愿望。
“Small unit ” school-based teaching and research, refers to a single school as the main body of research, to solve practical problems in teaching as a goal to create a teaching and research system. The rich atmosphere of teaching and research is the soul of education in a school. School-based teaching and research builds a platform for teachers to exchange information on teaching reform, discuss teaching methods and learn the art of teaching most directly, the most simple and effective. Teachers also have the urgent desire of their peers to help each other, explore each other and jointly improve.
