针对目前我国水电工程施工设备维修管理及技术存在的问题，分析了设备维修模式的发展历程，指出维修管理组织形式应朝着相对独立和专业化的方向发展，并尽快培养出掌握现代化维修手段的技术人员，建立、健全适合企业自身的维修管理模式。
Aiming at the problems existing in the management and technology of construction equipment maintenance in hydropower projects in our country, the development history of equipment maintenance mode is analyzed. It is pointed out that the maintenance management organization should be developed in a relatively independent and professional manner and to cultivate modernized maintenance methods as soon as possible Technical staff to establish and perfect for their own maintenance management model.
