目的:修订情绪-人格相关生涯决策困难问卷短版(EPCD-SF)以适用于中国大学生使用。方法:选取540名中国大学生填写中文版EPCD-SF量表,采用职业未决量表、特质焦虑量表,职业认同量表作为效度指标。一个月后随机抽取80名大学生进行重测。结果:1最终量表共23个题目,包括悲观看法、焦虑、自我概念与认同三个大维度。2量表的拟合指数为:χ~2=381.13,df=157,CFI=0.93,TLI=0.91,RMSEA=0.05,SRMR=0.05;3总量表的内部一致性信度为0.86、重测信度为0.87,三个维度的内部一致性信度分别为0.66、0.78、0.74,重测信度为0.71、0.85、0.73。4EPCD-SF具有良好的效标关联效度。结论:EPCD-SF中文版本具有较好的信度和效度,可以应用于中国内地大学生生涯发展的研究。
Aims: To amend EPDM-SF, an emotional-personality-dependent life decision-making difficulty questionnaire for college students in China. Methods: 540 Chinese college students were selected to fill in the Chinese version of the EPCD-SF scale, using the occupational unresolved scale, Trait Anxiety Scale, occupational identification scale as the validity index. A month later randomly selected 80 college students to retest. Results: 1 The final scale consists of 23 topics, including three dimensions of pessimism, anxiety, self-concept and identity. 2 scale, the fitting index is: χ ~ 2 = 381.13, df = 157, CFI = 0.93, TLI = 0.91, RMSEA = 0.05 and SRMR = 0.05; 3 The internal consistency reliability of the total scale is 0.86, The reliability was 0.87. The internal consistency reliability of the three dimensions were 0.66,0.78,0.74, and the retest reliability was 0.71,0.85,0.73.4EPCD-SF has a good criterion-related validity. Conclusion: The Chinese version of EPCD-SF has good reliability and validity and can be applied to the career development of undergraduates in mainland China.
