针对某民机试飞项目,以颤振试飞技术作为代表性关键技术元素,制定相应的技术成熟度评估细则,结合专家问卷调查及数据统计分析,对具体技术成熟度等级进行了初判和详判。该项标准化实践可为后续更好地发挥技术成熟度对民机试飞的促进和保障作用提供参考。
In view of the flight test project of a civil aircraft, the flutter flight test technology is taken as the representative key technology element, and the corresponding technical maturity assessment rules are formulated. Combined with the expert questionnaire survey and data statistical analysis, the concrete technical maturity level is initially judged and sentenced . This standardization practice can provide a reference for the follow-up to better play the role of technological maturity in promoting and safeguarding civil aircraft flight test.
