本文报道了月见草油和二高—γ—亚麻酸有明显抑制血小板聚集和血小板合成血栓素A_2(TXA_2)的作用。以ID_(50)(抑制TxA_2合成50%的剂量计算,用兔血小板制备酶时两药剂量(月见草油按所含γ—亚麻酸量计算)、比值为7.7:1,用人血小板制备酶时其比值为7.5:1。同时也观察到HHT及HETE的变化。这为我国丰富的月见草资源作为防治血栓性心血管疾病的开发利用提供了理论依据。
This article reported that evening primrose oil and dihomo-γ-linolenic acid significantly inhibit platelet aggregation and platelet synthesis of thromboxane A 2 (TXA 2). Using ID_(50) (50% inhibition of TxA_2 synthesis, enzyme doses were calculated using rabbit platelets (evening primrose oil based on γ-linolenic acid), the ratio was 7.7:1, and enzyme was prepared from human platelets. The ratio was 7.5: 1. At the same time, the changes of HHT and HETE were also observed, which provided a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of thrombotic cardiovascular disease in China.
