带体积型缺陷压力管道的塑性极限分析及相应的安全方法的研究,是当前压力管道安全性分析中的前沿课题,具有十分重要而广泛的应用前景。塑性极限分析在对带缺陷压力管道的完整性评价方面起着十分重要的作用,它在结构完整性评价的双判据中是一个非常重要的参数。做为塑性力学的一个重要分支,其分析结果可用来进一步挖掘材料的潜力,并为压力管道的设计与安全评估提供有价值的指导。提出了一种使用三维理想刚塑性体极限上限分析的迭代算法。并以该算法分析了多组载荷作用下(弯矩、内压和轴力)凹坑缺陷对管道塑性极限上限的影响。分析结果对含体积型缺陷压力管道的完整性评估具有实际意义。
The plastic limit analysis of pressure pipe with volumetric defects and the study of the corresponding safety methods are the forefront topics in the current safety analysis of pressure pipelines and have very important and extensive application prospects. Plasticity limit analysis plays an important role in the evaluation of the integrity of a pipeline with defects. It is a very important parameter in the double criterion of structural integrity evaluation. As an important branch of plastic mechanics, the analysis results can be used to further explore the potential of materials and provide valuable guidance for the design and safety assessment of pressure pipelines. An iterative algorithm using the upper limit analysis of 3D plastic rigid body is proposed. The influence of multiple pit loads (bending moment, internal pressure and axial force) on the upper limit of plastic limit of pipeline is analyzed by the algorithm. The results of the analysis have practical significance for the assessment of the integrity of pressure piping containing volumetric flaws.
