本文采用美国GLEEBLE1500型热模拟试验机,模拟模锻生产工艺,测定35MnVN钢的高温形变抗力及室温时的金相组织,为制定最佳热锻工艺参数提供依据。
In this paper, the United States GLEEBLE1500 thermal simulation testing machine, die forging production process, determination of 35MnVN steel high temperature deformation resistance and the microstructure at room temperature, to provide the basis for the best hot forging process parameters.
