师生关系越和谐,课堂效率越高;师生关系越僵,课堂效率越低。为了提高课堂效率,就要加强师生之间的团结合作、弱化师生之间的冲突、矛盾。师生之间要重新建立一种新型的关爱、互动、温馨、和谐、信任的朋友关系。为了构建一种温馨和谐的师生关系,我们要全面而深入地了解学生,掌握学生的情况。要根据每个学生的个性、素质、能力的差异用其所长、尽其所能有利于,培养创造性人才。
