Currently, there is a sharp contradiction between the high system bandwidth requirements of mobile communication systems and the current status of discontinuous spectrum allocation. The IMT-Advanced standard formulated by the International Telecommunication Union requires that the new system can support system bandwidths of various lengths except 2.3GHz to 2.4GHz is the traditional communication frequency band, the other bands show a trend towards high and low development. Especially, the frequency band above 3.4GHz belongs to the high frequency band with small coverage, poor penetrating ability and poor mobile performance, and the high frequency band can only provide Consecutive small-capacity spectrum funding
