目的:提高医疗质量管理水平,防止院内感染,保障人民群众的就医安全。方法:依据GB15982-2012《医院消毒卫生标准》、WS/T367-2012《医疗机构消毒技术规范》、中华人民共和国药典、GB18466-2005《医疗机构水污染物排放标准》,对采集样品做微生物项目指标检测。结果:共检测1344份样品,均未检出致病菌,其中室内空气检测189份,合格率87.30%,紫外线灯307根,合格率85.34%,污水21份,合格率61.90%,消毒后内镜24份,合格率91.67%,其它803份,合格率98.13%。结论:我县医疗机构消毒质量除医院污水合格率较低外,其它检测项目均良好[1]。
Objective: To improve the quality of medical care, prevent nosocomial infections and ensure people’s safety in medical treatment. Methods: According to GB15982-2012 “Sanitary Standard for Hospital Disinfection”, WS / T367-2012 “Disinfection Technical Specification for Medical Institutions”, Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China, GB18466-2005 “Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Medical Institutions” Indicator detection. Results: A total of 1344 samples were tested, no pathogens were detected. Among them, 189 were detected in indoor air with a pass rate of 87.30% and 307 UV lamps with a pass rate of 85.34% and sewage water of 21, with a pass rate of 61.90% Mirror 24, the pass rate of 91.67%, the other 803 copies, the passing rate of 98.13%. Conclusion: The disinfection quality of medical institutions in our county except the qualified rate of hospital sewage is low, other test items are good [1].
