对质量技术监督部门而言,要在加强产品质量监督的同时,做好服务工作。从企业创建初始,就应当在给予优惠政策的同时从质量管理、标准化、计量等方面来规范企业的管理,并提供优质、高效的服务。积极引导企业贯彻和实施标准化工作,并为企业开展质量管理教育和培训,提高企业质量管理水平,夯实产品质量基础,让企业产品上档次,质量上台阶。
For the quality and technical supervision departments, we must do a good job in service work while strengthening product quality supervision. From the initial establishment of the enterprise, it should be in the preferential policies at the same time from the quality management, standardization, measurement and other aspects of the management of enterprises and provide quality and efficient services.
