2007年3月20日,中国邮政储蓄银行挂牌。我国的邮政储蓄是在1986年国家经济出现比较严重的通货膨胀的形势下开始恢复并开办的,最初的邮政储蓄实际上邮政部门代理人民银行经办储蓄业务的。1990年1月1日邮政储蓄由邮政部门自办,由手续费收入改为利差收入。2006年5月8日,中邮创业基金管理有限公司于在北京正式成立。中邮人寿保险股份有限公司于2009年8月18日成立。2009年8月26日中邮证券有限责任公司成立。充分认识中国邮政金融市场发展的重要意义和紧迫性,完备职业技能业务师(技师)团队中国邮政金融市场的人才模式。搭建行业职业教育平台中国邮政金融急需金融人才的结构,实施行业金融人才发展战略。分析了邮政金融市场行业职业教育的人才培养方向,规划了职业教育完成邮政金融市场人才培养的发展战略。
