攀钢4号高炉(1350m~3)至今已生产10年半,已超过其8~10年的设计炉龄,预计本代炉役寿命可达到15年。攀钢4号高炉在高效长寿的实践中,取得了一些经验:①维持合适的鼓风动能;②坚持稳定顺行的方针,推行定风温操作,用喷煤量对炉况进行调节,既能节焦增铁,又能稳定炉况;③采取加重边缘的料制与中心加焦相结合,能稳定煤气流,进而稳定炉况;④充沛的炉温、合适的渣中TiO_2含量以及合适的炉渣碱度是稳定炉底温度的关键;⑤针对高炉冷却系统破损严重的情况,采取加重边缘、喷涂造衬、更换部分铜冷却板、焊补炉皮等措施是行之有效的方法。
