为保证煤炭质量,客户对装船港煤炭分堆提出越来越高的需求,分货主、分品种进行堆存已经成为港口的重要竞争手段。这必然导致对堆场需求的巨大增加,根据市场需要,合理确定堆存能力已成为一个十分复杂的问题。本文利用计算机模拟技术,建立了煤炭装船码头模拟模型,可模拟到港船型、不均衡性以及外部火车配置及调度等对堆存需求的影响,可用于确定不同保障率下的堆存需求。
In order to ensure the quality of coal, customers have put forward higher and higher demands on the distribution of coal at the port of loading. Sub-shippers and sub-types of stockpiles have become an important competitive means for the port. This will inevitably lead to a tremendous increase in the demand for the yard. According to the needs of the market, a reasonable determination of the stockpiling capability has become a very complicated issue. In this paper, the simulation model of coal shipping dock is established to simulate the influence of shipping type, imbalance and external train configuration and scheduling on the stockpile requirements. It can be used to determine the stockpile requirements under different safeguards.
