本文介绍了盘形凸轮机构的CAD程序设计,用BASIC语言编制,可在PC—1500及微机上运行。它适用于六种类型的盘形凸轮机构,从动件的形式包括尖端、滚子、平底三种,从动件的运动形式包括基本型、改进型、高次多项式等九种。 用户在使用该程序时,根据实际对升程和回程的要求,对提供的九种运动规律可任意组合。本程序具有自动校核凸轮廓线动力特性及修改参数的自诊系统。能输出凸轮廓线的全部几何尺寸,并能自动选择比例,绘制凸轮廓线及运动规律线图。
This paper introduces the CAD program design of the disc cam mechanism. It is programmed in BASIC language and can be run on PC-1500 and PC. It applies to six types of disc cam mechanism, the form of the follower, including the tip, roller, flat three, driven form of motion, including basic, improved, high order polynomial nine. Users using the program, according to the actual lift and return requirements, provide the nine kinds of exercise can be any combination of laws. This program has a self-checking system that automatically verifies the cam profiles dynamic characteristics and parameters. Can output all the geometric dimensions of the cam profile, and can automatically select the ratio, draw the cam profile and motion rules line graph.
