为了发展我省的烟草工业,提高本省原料的自给能力,减少资金外流,我公司会同省农业厅对冀东地区的晾晒烟资源进行了初步考察,现将考察情况报告如下。一、生产历史及现状我省冀东的三河县灵山和丰润县的王官营历来有种烟的习惯,据当地群众介绍,至少有一百多年的历史,到目前为止,仍是当地群众经济收入的主要来源,素有“陈烟如存款”的说法。由于该区所产晒烟质量较好,烟农收入较高,种植面积有逐渐扩大的趋势。目前,灵山一带(灵山乡、赵沟乡、城关镇、黄土庄乡)
