9月20日,中国房地产协会副会长、秘书长朱中一在“滨海新区新纪元大型论坛”上透露,中房协日前给国务院有关领导上书了一份房地产政策调鏊建议。中房协政策建议主调是改变目前“严厉”的房地产调控政策,改为“适度控制”。具体政策包括:允许地方政府自行救市;降低房地产交易有关税率;鼓励改善性住房需求等。(9月24日《21世纪经济报道》)
On September 20, Zhu Zhongyi, vice president and secretary general of China Real Estate Association, revealed in a large-scale forum of “Binhai New Area New Century Forum” that the China Housing Society recently submitted a proposal to the relevant leaders of the State Council to readjust the real estate policies. The policy recommendations of the Housing Society main theme is to change the current “severe ” real estate control policy, “moderate control ”. Specific policies include: allowing local governments to rescue the market themselves; reducing the tax rates on real estate transactions; encouraging the improvement of demand for housing and so on.
